brooklyn apartment
This apartment consisted of full interior gut of all finishes, fixtures, plaster lathe ceiling and walls. The perimeter furred walls were removed to allow for GC and Architect to review the exterior wall condition. All floor finishes were removed to existing subflooring, wet area cinder fill and sleepers were removed to allow new layout of plumbing lines. This prewar apartment building did not have an existing elevator, therefore a debris removal plan was provided and approved by building supervision and neighbors prior to mobilization to limit distribution and ensure efficient debris removals through the only access staircase.
