This project consisted of full interior gut of a commercial office space. The work was required to be completed on an after-hours basis and due to the tight turnaround, weekend work was also incorporated. All floor finishes, dropped ACT, interior walls, fixed furniture, radiator enclosures and abandoned MEP were removed. Lighting, power and sprinkler lines remained active and therefore extensive care was given as well as the rehanging of exiting lighting fixtures and associated power lines for other trades to continue work.
